Three Steps, One Bow (Vietnamese)

The daily journals of American Bhikshus Heng Ju and Heng Yo, who during 1973 and 1974 made a pilgrimage for world peace from Gold Mountain Monastery in San Francisco to Marblemount, Washington, bowing once every three steps. The pilgrimage was inspired by monks in ancient China who would bow every third step for thousands of miles to a famous monastery or a renowned teacher (in Vietnamese)
